- To ensure that we enhance the value of our homes and promote the viability of our community, we must be vigilant in our pursuit of financial stability. As such, I will focus my attention on three key financial metrics: Monthly HOA Fees, Operating Cash, and Reserves.
- It is essential to understand how these metrics articulate, both tactically in the annual budget process, and strategically based on decisions the board makes. Long-range planning (i.e. 3-5 years) is necessary to identify and address developments that would impact any or all of those metrics.
- Vitalia is an exceptional community with many talented, experienced residents. As a board member, I believe in encouraging more residents to contribute their time and expertise by serving on our advisory committees. These committees exist to advise and assist the Board in governing Vitalia and give voice to the demands and needs of its residents.
